Creative Incubator 2020 - Rome module
Gain comprehensive knowledge and skills to lead a conscious cultural transformation at the next module of the Creative Incubator, an ADCE programme with PiSchool, happening in less than a month in Rome. On 16th – 18th of July.
With a safe environment, participants will incubate ideas, feed on multiple perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds to build the toolbox necessary to lead and impact change. ADC*E will award an 80% grant to all participants joining them, plus an additional 10% discount for ADC*E members. This year’s theme is: "Conscious Business: Helping companies transform into purposeful organisations".

Learn and develop the skills that lead conscious companies to success. A socially positive business identifies its purpose in society to help advance human wellbeing. As most adult individuals spend most of their time at work, businesses possess the scale that is required to tackle the more significant challenges and short and long term obstacles facing humans.
In a conscious-driven company or endeavor, culture is the key to organizational success. It is mainly about creating the necessary conditions to incorporate and develop the principles and practices of conscious culture. However, you will also need to ensure its adoption horizontally throughout the organization.
The Creative Incubator Rome module will provide participants with an enriching learning experience to gain comprehensive knowledge and skills to lead this transformation.
The first step is to gain the self-awareness necessary to know and be able to transmit a sense of urgency. How can you then lead your organization to new levels of purpose and performance? How can you use your values to create value?
Knowing where you stand, you are ready to define the measures that need to be undertaken to achieve a conscious transformation, assuring economic growth, and helping to reduce the gap between idealism and pragmatism.
Through personalized and inclusive working sessions, participants will incubate ideas, feed on multiple perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds to build the toolbox necessary to lead and impact change.
